We’re proud to carry the aged Don Alvaro Manchego sheep’s milk cheese made in Spain. This Manchego cheese has a crumbly texture with a complex flavour. It has a sharp edge and an intense peppery body and is fantastic served shaved,  grated or eaten on its own.
