Our Cranberry Walnut Sourdough is a delicious, freshly baked bread that is made to order using a sourdough starter that we have been cultivating for 20 years. The sourdough starter gives the bread its distinct flavor and texture, and as with all of our breads we take great care in using only the finest ingredients to create a high-quality product.

The bread is loaded with juicy cranberries and crunchy walnuts, adding a sweet and nutty flavor to the tangy sourdough. To finish it off, we dust the loaf with flour before baking, giving it a rustic, artisanal look.

Perfect for toasting, turkey sandwiches, or enjoying on its own, our Cranberry Walnut Sourdough is a delicious and healthy choice for any meal.

Soft Spent Grain Pretzel

Our Spent Grain soft pretzels are baked in the traditional German style. We sell them unsalted to ensure the bread does not dry out but suggest you heat the pretzel up, top with your favourite oil (or butter), and add your own salt! These pair amazingly well with a dipping sauce like mustard or warm cheese.

These pretzels are a local craft brewery favourite and one of our most popular wholesale products as we bake and sell over 500 pretzels every week!!

If you're feeling fancy try warming up and topping with cinnamon and sugar for a sweet alternative.

Our pretzels are vegan - friendly.

Multigrain Hearth

Our Multigrain Hearth bread is very similar to a scotch loaf with a dense inside and a thick crust. The addition of a sour starter gives the bread a slightly sour taste. The grains in our multigrain include oat flakes, flaxseed, millet, barley flakes, rye flakes, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds.
