Our Multigrain Hearth bread is very similar to a scotch loaf with a dense inside and a thick crust. The addition of a sour starter gives the bread a slightly sour taste. The grains in our multigrain include oat flakes, flaxseed, millet, barley flakes, rye flakes, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds.

Rye bread with a twist. Baked as a traditional rye bread loaf, we add sour starter to create a slightly sour flavour! Enjoy a bread with all the benefits of rye bread but with a sour taste!. Baked in a large size with 17 slices. Can be made vegan upon request.
