Frozen Meat Lasagna

A frozen take-home dinner we make our meat Lasagna from scratch in-house with ground beef, el dente sauce, and topped with cheese.

Thaw in the fridge overnight. Transfer into oven-safe dish. Bake at 350-degree oven for 30-40 min.

Pizza Dough 1lb ball

Our balls of pizza dough are perfect for an at-home pizza night. Each 1lb ball makes approximately 1 large pizza. The dough does arrive frozen. Available in plain, multigrain or focaccia!

Instructions for pizza dough - Thaw on the counter with a cloth covering until about 50% larger - approximately 8 hours (time very depends on home temperature, the warmer the home the faster it will rise!). Sprinkle flour on the counter and over the dough - roll the dough out with a rolling pin. Place the rolled out pizza dough on an oiled pan or hot pizza stone. Add your favourite toppings and bake at 420 for about 15-20 minutes!

Ingredients: flour, water, yeast, oil, sugar & salt.
