Our Spent Grain soft pretzels are baked in the traditional German style. We sell them unsalted to ensure the bread does not dry out but suggest you heat the pretzel up, top with your favourite oil (or butter), and add your own salt! These pair amazingly well with a dipping sauce like mustard or warm cheese.

These pretzels are a local craft brewery favourite and one of our most popular wholesale products as we bake and sell over 500 pretzels every week!!

If you're feeling fancy try warming up and topping with cinnamon and sugar for a sweet alternative.

Our pretzels are vegan - friendly.

Along with our tasty vegan, gluten-free cake our professional team of bakers have created the best and tastiest gluten-free, dairy-free & egg-free Vegan Vanilla & Chocolate Cupcakes.

Our Vanilla or Chocolate, vegan, gluten-free cupcakes are topped with your choice of Vanilla or Chocolate vegan icing. Made from scratch in our bakery in uptown White Rock they are designed for everyone to enjoy but especially those with specific dietary needs.

Please provide at least 4-days notice as we do bake the cupcakes from scratch using premium ingredients.

Dark Danish

Our dark danish is a traditional rye bread but is much denser than other rye breads. Made with dark rye flour, sugar, salt, shortening, yeast and water.

Rye breads are traditionally a healthier bread option than whole wheat bread as they are loaded with additional vitamins and nutrients.
