I believe that your suggestion to ‘roll the dough thin, then bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, needs to be elaborated on. I called ‘Hillcrest’ after purchasing the dough to ask whether that meant pre-baking the crust, then adding the toppings, and continue baking. The girl who I spoke to on the phone was not sure, as she had never used the product. She said a co-worker had, and just ‘baked it all in one shot’. So my first pizza had a soggy crust and was awful, we threw it out and ordered pizza in. The second dough ball, I did the pre-bake of the crust, and it turned out great! Please update your website, with more clear instructions, or educate your workers on the baking procedures. After my initial phone call to ‘Hillcrest Bakery’, I knew no more about the pizza prep than I had known prior to my call.
